What does use AI credits
AI credits are consumed only when ServerDesk sends a request to the AI provider for workspace analysis, such as code explanation, file review, terminal error analysis, or safer-fix suggestions.

What happens at the limit
When the paid credit allowance is exhausted, Robbie continues answering built-in help questions and surfaces a friendly message for analysis requests until the monthly credits reset or the plan changes.
