ServerDesk Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ServerDesk as a live SaaS product for browser-based server access, file editing, terminal use, AI-assisted analysis, and account management.

Last updated: 16 June 2026

Review the ServerDesk terms covering subscriptions, billing, cancellation, acceptable use, server responsibility, AI limitations, and liability.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid ServerDesk plans renew on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Plan entitlements, connection limits, AI usage allowances, and support levels are based on the active subscription.

  • Billing cycles and plan pricing are shown at checkout
  • Upgrades take effect on the active account after successful payment
  • Cancellations stop future renewals and keep access through the paid term

Acceptable use and server responsibility

Customers are responsible for the servers they connect, the credentials they provide, the commands they run, and the files they edit through ServerDesk. You may not use the service for unlawful access, credential abuse, malware delivery, spam, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

AI limitations and liability

AI responses are assistive outputs that support review and troubleshooting. They do not replace engineering judgment, testing, backups, or change control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from customer use of the service or customer changes made to connected infrastructure.
