Report a bug with enough detail to reproduce it properly

Use this page to send reproducible bugs to the ServerDesk team with the exact area, severity, reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, browser or device details, and up to three screenshots when visuals help explain the issue.

Public bug reports are submitted directly to the ServerDesk product queue so support and engineering can triage customer-facing issues quickly.

What makes a strong report

  • Use clear, reproducible steps instead of a general complaint.
  • Include expected and actual behaviour so the break is obvious.
  • Capture browser, device, and current page when the issue is UI-facing.
  • Attach screenshots when they make the broken state faster to understand.
  • Add the affected area so future triage can group similar bugs.

What happens next

ServerDesk triages bug reports, groups duplicates, and prioritizes confirmed defects by customer impact and reproducibility. Reporters receive a reference ID at submission.
