Renewals and invoices

Paid subscriptions renew on the chosen billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Invoices and customer payment details are managed through the billing portal linked from the dashboard.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription status updates in Billing and the customer can retry payment or update the card through the billing portal.

Cancellation timing

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and preserves access through the end of the current paid period unless a separate custom agreement says otherwise.
