Robbie now prioritises context before every AI request, ranking providers, extracting evidence, building lightweight hypotheses, tracking investigation confidence, and excluding irrelevant context without changing the backend AI contract.

- Internal debug tooling now shows provider ranking, evidence, hypotheses, confidence, ignored providers, and compression savings in staging and development
