Account verification and password reset
Verify your account, request password resets, and regain access safely to ServerDesk.
Verification
After signup, use the verification link in your email to confirm ownership of the account before you begin storing server connections or using paid product features.
Password resets
If you lose access, request a reset link from the forgot-password page, complete the reset flow, and sign in again. Reset links expire automatically for security.
Login persistence
ServerDesk keeps authenticated sessions active according to the current session policy so customers can refresh the dashboard without repeating the login flow unnecessarily.
