What does not use AI credits

Built-in ServerDesk help responses do not use paid AI credits. Questions about connections, SSH, SFTP, Explorer, terminal basics, billing, and migration stay on the built-in help path.

What does use AI credits

AI credits are consumed only when ServerDesk sends a request to the AI provider for workspace analysis, such as code explanation, file review, terminal error analysis, or safer-fix suggestions.

  • Suggest a safe fix for this Docker log

What happens at the limit

When the paid credit allowance is exhausted, Robbie continues answering built-in help questions and surfaces a friendly message for analysis requests until the monthly credits reset or the plan changes.
