Understand where in-app notifications appear, what they cover, and how to keep up with unread workspace events.
What appears in notifications
ServerDesk can surface deployment events, Docker or database warnings, AI completion notices, billing updates, support follow-up, and other workspace-level alerts.
Unread indicators
Unread notifications are highlighted in the workspace header and can be filtered quickly so you can clear only what you have already handled.
Best practice
Treat notifications as a summary layer. Use them to spot what changed, then jump into the relevant panel such as Deployments, Robbie, Billing, or support routes for the full detail.
